Attach the workbook to a new ChatGPT chat, then send this:

Please review this workbook before changing it. Ask what I want to track and what information I actually have. When I report a confirmed meal, log it in Food Log, mark estimates, and update Daily Ledger without inventing missing data. Preserve formulas and prior entries. Return an updated workbook so I can save the latest copy.

The workbook is a blank starter inspired by my tracking system, not a copy of my personal health ledger. ChatGPT can make mistakes; check dates, nutrition values, and formulas in each updated file.
